For acute issues (e.g., lumbago, tension, headaches, menstrual pain, etc.) or as an interim session. An initial consultation is not mandatory if: - the issue is acute, clearly localized, and has a distinct physical cause (e.g., lumbago, tension headache, acute muscle tension) - no other health issues are the primary concern - no in-depth diagnostics or treatment planning is required - the treatment is purely symptomatic and focused on specific points In all other cases—especially with complex, recurring, or emotionally charged complaints—an initial consultation is required.
